WHO IS MR. S. SUBBARAO?

Mr. S. Subbarao has been a devotee of Shiradi and Sri Sathya Sai Baba since 1950 and has been associated with the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Center of Bethesda, Maryland, U.S.A. , since 1981. He has composed and released the lyrics and melodies of over 600 Sanskrit, Hindi and English devotional songs (bhajans), as Swami encourages bhajans to be sung in all languages. Some of his popular compositions sung in the Prashanthi Mandir and all over the centers in the world are Sundara Vadana Sarasija Nayana, Guru Deva Jaya Deva Sai Deva Dayamaya, Raja Rajeshwari Jaganmohini, Every Moment of Life Please be with me, Sathya Guru Dev Raha Dikhavo Prabhu. Subba Rao also has taken many devotees on pilgrimages to the Sathya Sai Baba Ashram in Puttaparthi, Andrapradesh and Brindavan, Bangalore, India. Swami has blessed him with many interviews along with many personal blessings. Throughout his life, he was dedicated to spreading the teaching of our beloved Lord Sri Sathya Sai Baba through lectures, bhajan learning classes and workshops. He has been a great inspiration to many of the devotees worldwide. He was a very loving person and an ardent follower of our Lord Sri Sathya Sai Baba of Puttaparthi and had the utmost devotion and surrender to our Loving Lord Sai Baba. In a recent book entitled "Love of the Loving Lord" (published by Sai Towers) he narrates his experiences with both Shiradi Baba and our loving Lord Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This is an inspiring book written by an ardent devotee of Sathya Sai Baba, Sri. Subbarao and compiled by Dr. Ramesh K. Nayak.
