• Monterey city Stuff about the area.
• Monterey Bay Aquarium Absolutely worth the visit and price of admission. These people are doing great things!
• Casa Munras Hotel This is where we stayed in Monterey, a lovely city. Great Hotel although a bit snooty around the edges. Enjoy the flowers on the grounds. The Bouganvillea is amazing.
• The Golden Gate Bridge from the folks responsible for it. Very nice site, great pictures, history and, A Virtual Walk across. Worth it!
• Muir Woods This is a lovely National Park barely an hour north of San Francisco. Despite the crowds, it is a wonderful walk and the deeper you go the fewer the crowds, until there are moments when it seems you have this Old Growth Redwood Forest to yourself. Another site with nice pictures is ARAMARK's, the park consessionair.
