Indian recipe is popular among spicy food lovers. My site provides you with some Indian Recepies to make Curries and preparations of your choice. There are spicy and non spicy recepies as well. I have provided here some recepies which are tried and tested by me on my mates. So hope you will also enjoy the dishes. Do let me know once you prepare them.

A classic indian curry which has spinach and Daal. Easy to prepare and good to eat.
Items required: 1. Onion medium sized - 1 No 2. Tomato Medirum sized - 2 No's 3. Green Chilli - hot - 1 No 4. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each 5. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon 6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon 7. mustard 8. curry leaves - to quantity 9. Salt 10. oil 11. eggs - 4 No's Preparation: Heat frying pan with 4 tablespoon full of oil and add a teaspoon full of mustard to the heated oil. Wait till mustard is fried. Put chopped onion in the frying pan and till it turns light brown in color. then put tomatos and chopped green chillies in it and stir it occassionally. Wait till tomatoes gets cooked. Then add a teaspoon full of ginger and garlic paste to it and a teaspoon full of salt. Add i teaspoon of chilli powder (or 3/4 depending on the hotness u prefer) and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric to it. mix the preparation well and then add four eggs to it. Now mix it throughly and continue till the eggs are cooked throughly. Once the eggs are cooked as per your satisfaction you can go ahead and garnish the preparation with curry leaves and serve. Easy and tasty egg masala is ready. Do try out and give me your suggestion.

Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon 7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon 8. mustard 9. curry leaves - to quantity 10. Salt 11. oil 12. Chana (Chick Pea) - 150 grams. 13. Cloves 14. Cinnamon 15. Chana masala powder Preparation: Note: Chana needs to be put softened by putting in water for a day. you can then cook it in pressure cooker (3 whistles) or in microware for 30 minutes in full power (again depends on the power of your microwave). for 150 grams chana you have to put 500ml of water. Also note not to drain excess water. Heat frying pan with 4 tablespoon full of oil and add a teaspoon full of mustard to the heated oil. Wait till mustard is fried. Put chopped onion in the frying pan and till it turns light brown in color. then put tomatos and chopped green chillies in it and stir it occassionally. Wait till tomatoes gets mixed up with the fried onions. Then put 5 cloves and a small piece of cinnamon with it and mix it thoroughly. Along with it add 1 heaped teaspoon of Ginger, Garlic and chilli paste respectively, also add 2 and half teaspoon of Chana masala powder and mix throuoghly. Mix the preparation while in full heat. Then add cooked Chana into it and mix it well with the preparation. Let it boil for 5 minutes. The dish is almost ready now garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
Items required: 1. Onion medium sized - 2 No (Sliced) 2. Salt 3. Ghee 4. Cloves 5. Cinnamon 6. Cardamom - 3 nos 7. Cashew nut - 25 grams 8. Dried Sultana - 25 grams 9. Basmati Rice - 2 Cups Preparation: Thorughly wash basmati rice and drain the water from it. Heat four to six table spoon of ghee in a pan. Once hot add the wahed and dried basmati rice in to it and fry it until the rice turns to light brown in color. Transfer the contents to a bowl. Now add some two table spoon of ghee to the frying pan and roast cashew till it turns light brown, now add dried sultanas and stir well. Add cloves, Cinnamon and stir well. Add the sliced onions to the pan and fry it until it turns to brown. Add one and half teaspoon full of salt and mix thoroughly. Add this mix to the bowl of fried basmati rice and still well. Add 4.5 cups (Same measure) of water and stir well. If possible get the remaining contents in the pan by adding some water to it. Mix this thoroughly and put in microwave with a setting of 45 minutes. (Setting depends on the make of your microwave and power). The rice takes a bit more time than what you use for normal rice in the microwave. So set the power and time accordingly. open and stir the contents once between cooking. Splendid Basmati onion Pulao is ready in no time. Easiest and tasty to eat. You can garnish the rice with grated carrot and serve.
