be carefull not to over the nuber when spinning the dail..... this will eliminate your chance. Though you can try an unlimited amount of times. Upon opening the safe you have to face a boss then you get the basement key.
Go down to the basement like in the earlyer flashback. But befor you enter the lab go north and tthen talk to the coffin..... then name vincent and leave..... he will come out and ask to join your group!!!! There you have vincent!!!!!
