* Managed all aspects of the installation of $10M-$20M new, large computer resources each year without the need for additional space or any effect on R&D development/testing activities or schedules. This included: determined specifications, coordinated space, power, air conditioning, networking, negotiated with suppliers, ordered equipment, deployed prototype and released hardware, prepared engineering drawings for the layout of computer systems, peripherals and infrastructure equipment into software R&D test and development environments.

* Put processes in place to remove/re-deploy equipment saving space and $300,000 annually.

* Initiated and managed a $860,000 per year outsourcing contract for Move/Ad/Change activities which improved service levels and reduced costs by $500,000 per year.
