Jason Wynn, Spawn's archnemisis, and Maleblogia, the ruler of hell, are teaming up to end the Spawn Legacy forever. Spawn's last move endagered the safety of hell and Maleblogia, so he is to be termiated permanately. Wynn pulled some strings, and now Overt-Kill is alive, vengeful and well. And he's thirsty for blood. Spawn's blood to be presice. Wynn tells him to use bait: Terry Fitzgerald, Spawn's best friend when he was alive. Spawn goes and gets a few files on Overt-Kill's circuits, and a few others labeled "Spawn" and "TOP SECRET". Spawn then saves Terry and engages in a bloodthirsty battle with Overt-Kill. Then Wynn and Maleblogia commence operation "Toon World". Maleblogia tell's Wynn to send in anyone in the vacinity of Spawn: No Witnesses. He also says to send in Cagliostro (and anyone in range of seeing him getting zapped), and to send in the Clown, and not everyone in that vacinity (The Clown is in the smae room as them). Just as Wynn presses the button to send them in, Maleblogia senses a Hellspawn in the area and disappears back into hell. Then Cagliostro burts through the door, demanding to know what Wynn did to Spawn. Then Cagliostro evapourates, as does the Clown, Spawn, Ovet-Kill, Terry, and now (because of Cog) Wynn. Now in ToonLand, Wynn heads "Toon Enterprises", and put a million dollar bounty on Spawn's head. And it's collecting season for the toons...
