"Dont be a fool, Go to School"

Said the teacher to the pupil,

Your paper of wisdom I do not wish to see,
respect this garbabe on the board behind me.

This is no time for change my child,
Heed these words I speak.

You cannot fight the world my child,
do not make your future prospects bleak.

Said the pupil in his mind,

How can you deny reality?
How can you be so blind?

Is my work some strange folly?
Am I blinded by lack of experience?

Do I speak the truth?
or if garbage be truth
am I the one decieved?

Said the teacher on observing his pupils face,

Fear not my child.
Three more years with me, thats what you need.

All your questions shall be answered
and see what an accomplished man you shall be!

The pupil cried out in confusion,

Teacher teacher! let it not be so!
Though you and your world may be right,
I will not commit myself to death without a fight.

This one chance I shall take,
please read my work for gods sake!

The teacher shrugs and reaches forth,
examines his pupils essay and writes out a report.

This child is mentally disturbed.
Mayhaps it is family problems,
or drugs or girls

the cause we do not wish to examine,
immediate expulsion is deemed the best course of action.

[An attack on School and its principles. The basic premise of educational philosophy seems to dictate that what is popularly accepted is the correct answer. If a child should challenge this premise, the simple solution of eliminating the child rather than tackling the problem and perhaps addressing the premise itself are ignored.]
