Re-awakening the third eye

 

Use= Psychic development/creative drive



ACTIVATE PINEAL GLAND

(indirectly affected by light – releases Melatonin)



Concept: Create vibration in head.



Physical sensation: Pressure in head/forehead – headache in temples – tingingling.



Vibration through chanting : ‘THOHHH’ (Like Toe with a grumble)



One sylable – Mid to High C – mid range – Alto.



1: Take deep breaths (even rate of breathing)



2: On release of breath, say ‘THOHHH’ (tongue raised slightly forward).



3: Repeat three - six times in succession



4: do above once every 24 hours for 3 days.



WARNING: Might become light-headed or distracted for a while (days).

Might sense something growing on head (like wart).



Helps in intuition, creativity, clairvoyance, aura reading.


Activating the Crown Chakra

Use=Clairvoyant ablitiy (psychic hearing) clairsentient (sensing emotions)



Affect on pituitary gland: Vibrate ‘MAYYY’ Mid-C



1: Take deep relaxing breaths (bring down heart rate)



2: Return to normal breathigng



3: concentrate on forehead one incha above nose (feel pressure?)



4: after a while take deep breath, hold for 5 seconds



5: Release, slowly sayin, ‘MAYYY’ (feel energy in head).



6: Relax

7: Do 3 times



(USE ANYTIME)



- same sensations as third eye chakra

- sense of euphoria

- runners high



Will affect person’s strongest gift


Activating the Palm Chakra

Uses:

 

-          Healers

-          Energy release/build-up

 

1: sit and relax

2: place hands in lap like this:

 

 

 

3: concentrate on hands/palms (eyes open or shut).

4: Visualize fire/heat inside hands.

5: move it into fingers and flow over hands

6: Make it into a ball of flames/energy (practice often, use before healing).


Activating the Throat Chakra

1: Do hand-warming exercise

2: take right hand – place thumb on one side of voicebox – place index & middle finger on other side (somewhat firmly)

3: Hold for 3 minutes – feel energy flow.

4: repeat 2-3 times over one week (I do it regularly)



USE: for throat and neck problems – ALSO a healing technique.

ALSO: use palm circling technique – right hand anti-clockwise in slow circles 6-inches from throat moving toward the throat slowly (use anytime).


Activating the Thyroid Gland

1: Relax (and all that entails)

2: Chant ‘KAY-EEE’ while exhaling (deep note – feel it in your throat)

3: Repeat 3 times

USE:

- Releases massive amounts of energy – never before sleep (kind of stimulant).

Use once or twice monthly (I don’t follow that).


Activating the Heart Chakra

1: Do hand warming

2: Place right palm on heart.

3: Spread warmth to skin.

4: focus for a while.

5: Breath deep – release through nose.

6: Focus on chest moving.

7: Do 4-5 breaths.

8: BE CREATIVE – imagine loved one (hugging them, seeing them) – imagine opening flower, your mom, whatever works.

(Palm circling over heart also applicable). Heals!


The Solar Plexus Charka

Three inches above navel – the adrenal glands (above Kidneys).



USE: increases empathy, soothes (heals), gives sense of well being.



1: Do hand warming exercise

2: Place right hand on tummy.

3: Spread warmth

4: deep, lower chest breathing

5: focus on the rise and fall of stomach

6: Use imagery

7: continue for upto 5 minutes (I usually do it for 2 minutes).

WARNING: possible pressure or uncomfortable feeling in area.


Sexual Chakra
 

Same exercise as solar plexus except hand 3 inches below navel

(feel sensations in thighs, small of back and genitals).


Activating the Base Chakra

Base of spine holds all energy (passes from the base up your spine).

1: Lie down, breath deep.

2: Focus attention on base of spine – picture warmth/energy flow up spine - in base.

3: do this for 5 minutes maximum (I only do it for one minute).



WARNING: Gives extreme sexual charge (makes you want to squirm). If you feel yourself tensing up with pleasure STOP IMMEDIATELY – I damaged my back 7 months ago doing this for a period of fifteen minutes, it still hasn’t recovered fully.



Uses: Too many to list…mainly use it to feel good (better than drugs if done properly).
