Show: Backlash

The following is an excerpt from a WWE magazine written by Scottie Mcpoots.

“Hello folks, it is good to be back writing to all the fans out there. In this article I hope to clear up the questions about the Chaos division and bring you up to speed. Chaos last came to you before Wrestlemania with the Irish Brawl. Jay won the Irish brawl and named Emily Helt the new GM of the Chaos division. It seems that Jay and Emily’s relationship has been mended, but I guess tomorrow is another day. Emily has already screwed Jay over once much like Lita did to Matt Hardy earlier this year. Jay was able to select his opponent for the next PPV and he choose B. Jay was thinking that to get B’s head out of his ass, he would have to test B and push him back to the fullest of his capabilities, and that meant facing Jay. This match was scheduled for Wrestlemania but due to time constraints was pushed back to Backlash on May 1st.”

McPoots continues to explain other happenings in the Chaos World. “As for the champion, Tony “the Manbeast” Lozon is scheduled to face Eli Jimenez for the Chaos Championship. This also will occur at Backlash. It is rumored that Jay will be in Tony’s corner for the match even though Jay will wrestle earlier in the night. Jay has mentored Tony to the top. Tony and Jay’s relationship has faltered as of late but the two have a strong business agreement to levy the ways of DS Inc. Speaking of The DS boys, they were last seen in a Chaos Tag-Team Title match against the champions, The Rednecks. The match was declared a double DQ because the new highlight reel called Corp B, Bob Batch and Brian Salyer, took out both teams. Then GM B decided that they would get a try-out match against Nidol and Wassic and Corp B won that match easily. Corp B, with no affiliation to Bassel Noori, now will get a number one contenders match against DS Inc. The winner will face The Rednecks for the Tag titles. The DS Inc and Corp B match will take place shortly after Backlash.”

The Chaos Division was scheduled for Backlash but Jay and B ended up meeting as the first match on Sunday Night’s Heat. Heat was live this week due to the PPV and B and Jay were ready. Jay’s music hit first and he came out to a pop that only the first wrestler of the night could receive. Jay was popular, but no matter who comes out first, the fans react. Jay shook hands all the way down to the ring and entered. There were no pyro’s, no fantastic light displays, and no lasers. (Frickin Laazer). This was and old school 1 on 1 match between friends. B has not felt that fire in his heart for some time now.

B came out next and received rival applause to that of Jays. The fans missed B but how long would he last against the division’s most successful star. “Jay” chants broke out but this did not matter to B. He seemed focused. A small audible chant of “B” broke out amid the fans.

Referee Jake Ziegler signaled the bell and both men stared one another down. They circle each other until the big lockup came. Both men jostled for position and Jay won out, spinning around B, locking his arms around B’s waist. Jay picked up B and slammed his chest to the mat and sprung off and backed away. B rose and smiled. Jay had scored the first point. They circled again and locked up. This time B spun around and locked his arms around Jay’s waist. Jay backed B into the corner and elbowed him in the face. B was stunned at the elbow. Jay turned when B broke the waist lock and put B’s head under his arm and hit a DDT. Jay backed away again. B shook the cob webs off and gained his feet. “Jay” chants grew louder. Jay had the momentum and the crowd’s eye. They locked up again and Jay locked B into the waist lock and went for a German suplex. B only went halfway up, shifted his momentum back towards them mat and flipped Jay over into a pin. 1 – 2 and a kickout. B rose and took his fingers in the air to say “that close.” Jay chuckled and rose. “B” chants grew.

LOUGAINIS: These two men know each other like the back of their hands.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, I’ll back hand you.

Both men locked up and the action picked up. Jay send B off the ropes and arm dragged him hard to the mat and applied a armbar. B got to his feet and reversed the armbar into a clothesline. Jay hit the mat and B dropped an elbow. B rose again and dropped an elbow but Jay rolled and B hit the mat. B, on all fours, began getting up but Jay flipped over him and rolled him into a small package pin. At the 2 count, B kicked out. Jay brought B to his feet and whipped him into the corner. The crowd yelled, “Whoooooo” as Jay backhanded B’s chest. Jay went for the second but B ducked and punched Jay into the corner. B drilled Jay with a few punches to stun him as he played his upcoming “whooo” chop to the crowd. B slapped Jay’s chest and yelled out, “Take Thaaat!” The crowd yelled whooo however. Jay was stunned by the chop. B shhhhed the crowd and fired again with a chop and yelled, “Take Tahhhhhaaat!” The crowd responded! B hit another and another and another chop and each time the crowd responded with ,”Take Thaaaaat!” That quickly the Whooo chop was replaced by the “Take That” chop. B chants were now as loud as the Jay chants.

B whipped Jay into the opposite corner, ran and clotheslined Jay to the mat. B rose to the second rope to jump and leapt with an axe handle smash but Jay kicked B in the gut and B flipped over to the mat. Jay rose to the top rope and when B rose, executed a flying cross body that B somehow flipped over into a pin. Jay kicked out quickly after 1. The back and forth action went on for another 10 minutes and the crowd was inthrawled. Eventually, B mounted his downed opponent and fired shots into his face. When they were both to their feet, B delivered a Kurt Angle uppercut that set Jay to the mat. B brought Jay to his feet and hit 3 of Eddie Guerrero’s Amigos and Jay was hurting. B climbed the top rope and signaled for HBK’s elbow drop. He leapt and Jay rolled and B hit the mat. B rolled around in pain but gained his feet as he stumbled to the rope. Jay charged and sent both men over the top rope to the outside with a thud.

The match was into is 20th minute and the crowd was being entertained. Split down the middle with B and Jay chants, one would have thought that they entire Backlash crowd wanted to be sucked off as the named alternated. Both men got to their feet and Jay blocked B’s punch and kneed him in the gut. B kneeled over and Jay whipped him off the ringpost. B hit the ground hard. Jay backed off to gather his strength as B got to his feet. Jay charged and B sent him through, over the barrier, and smack onto the concrete floor. B climbed over and the two exchanged punches in the crowd. B got the upper hand and whipped Jay back over the railing. B and pulled a shirt that read “JAY” off a mans back. B put on the shirt and jumped back over the railing. B drilled Jay a few times in the face weakening him and kicked Jay in the gut. B was about the execute Jay’s finishing move, and he did. Jay rolled around in pain and the crowd roared for B. B was weak as the 25th minute hit. Jay amazingly got to his feet much quicker than B expected and stumbled slowly over to B. B pointed to his shoulder’s 3 times in the mock of the “J-A-Y” and kicked Jay in the gut again!

BRONK: Damnit Lou, he is going to hit him with The Stunnder again!

B went for the second stunner but Jay pushed B away. B spun, and was kicked and Jay hit a stunner! The crowd nutted!

LOUGAINIS: What a match we are seeing. Both men are down and down hard. Jay is getting to his feet.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, Jay re-entered the ring and broke the 10 count. That was close.

Jay was in the ring now as Ziegler began to count. Ziegler was at 8 when Jay must have decided that this match would not end with out a pinfall or submission. B deserved more. Jay slid out of the ring, and back into the ring to break the count. B was now woozy and was leaning on the Spanish announcing table for support. Jay climbed the top rope and folks, it happened! With B hunched over the Spanish announcing table, Jay leapt 20 feet in the air and bulldogged B’s face into the table. B’s face smacked the table with tremendous force but Jay’s body crashed through the table with just as much. The crowd began playing with each other’s nuts out of sheer amazement. “Holy Shit” chants broke out and B’s face was a mess of red. Jay was out cold too due to the impact of his huge leap. B lay on the mat a bloody mess and Jay in a pile of what used to be the Mexico Announcing Table. Ziegler began the count, and folks, reached ten.

The crowd was delighted at the match and the outcome because the Jay and B chants were loud. Small “ECW” chants broke out, but neither man had ever been in ECW. EMT’s came to put both men on stretchers. Jay was being wheeled up the ramp first but sat up slowly and beckoned to get up. Although the EMT’s tried to sit him back down, Jay rose and got up. B was being wheeled up, strapped into the stretcher with a neck restraint. He was moving his arms and legs slowly so he was not paralyzed. Jay walked down to B and helped wheel him up the ramp, the two shaking hand the whole way in a huge sign of respect.

BRONK: Damint Lou, what a great match. I haven’t seen B show that much heart since he was on staff at WMU.

LOU: One thing is for sure. There have only been a couple of men who have beaten Jay without interference and tonight no one interfered. Jay could not beat B, and vice versa, and that shows me that both me are back and on top of their games.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, that is the first time I think I agree with you on something. Folks, it is time for Backlash, and we will be returning shortly as Eli Jimenez faces off against Tony “The Man-Beast” Lozon for the Chaos World Title.

BACKLASH BEGINS

A bunch of shit happened until…..

LOUGAINIS: Well folks here we are. Backlash has finally hit and this much anticipated rematch for the WWE Chaos Title is here. Tony Lozon will defend his belt against the former champion and GM Eli Jimenez. I have received word that Jay Taylor will not be ringside for this match.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, Lozon does not stand a chance without Jay Taylor there telling him what to do. Lozon has no mind of his own. He is a piece of…..

LOUGAINIS: ….a piece of history as the champion of this division. Lozon has had no trouble with Jimenez in the past but now with The DS boys at ringside, Lozon may be out numbered. It is time for our match folks. But we will no longer be introducing matches ringside from The Italian Idiot Jeff Fallucca. Earlier today he was fired when he told Vince McMahon to shut his mouth or give Fallucca more money. Fallucca demanded a 5 year 130 million dollar deal because that is what talent like Deion Sanders and Jeff Fallucca are worth. Vince told him not to let the door hit his ass on the way out. Word now states that Vince is suing Fallucca for breech of contract and that Fallucca is going to end up owing more money than he made with the WWE.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, you talk too much. We have a new ring announcer, Anthony Hegwood.

ANTHONY: The following contest is scheduled for 1 fall and is for the WWE Chaos Heavyweight Championship. Introducing first, the challenger, reigning from The University of Texas, weighting in at 180 lbs., Eli Jimenez!

Eli’s music hit and he came onto the ramp to thunderous jeers. He was flanked by The DS Boys, Martus and Render. They made their way to the ring and someone tossed a bottle at Render. The fan was escorted out of the building and shot outside. They paraded around the ring like typical heels.

ANTHONY: Introducing next, he is the WWE Chaos Champion, weighting in at 410 lbs and hailing from Hell Michigan, Tony “The Manbeast” Lozon!

Lozon came out from the curtain with a Goldberg like look on his face. He walked up the stairs and into the ring. He handed the belt to referee Jack Doan and immediately charged Jimenez. The DS Boys flew out of the ring and Eli tried the same. Lozon grabbed a hold on Eli and clubbed him in the back. Tony helped Eli to his feet and whipped him into the corner. Lozon charged but Eli ducked and rolled out of the ring. Eli ran behind the DS Boys and Lozon exited the ring. Lozon stared down Eli but the DS boys were forming a wall in front of him. Lozon stopped and turned as if to get back into the ring. Martus and Render turned laughing towards Eli and Eli’s faced lit up. Lozon charged and hit a double face plant to both Martus and Render. Tony rose and now had Eli cornered. Lozon grabbed Eli and clubbed him a few times in the chest. Eli scurried away and slid into the ring.

Lozon reentered the ring and Eli pounced kicking away and the champ. Eli began more rapid kicks to Lozon’s head and Lozon finally fell back onto the mat. Eli wrapped Tony’s large melon in a head lock and held on in a fury. Lozon tried to get up but slipped back down. Lozon was fading from the impressive headlock. Lozon used his strength to get to his feet picking Jimenez off the canvas and hit a back drop, crushing Eli under him. The lock broke and both men were on the mat staggering to their feet. They exchanged punches and of course Lozon got the upper hand. Lozon whipped Eli off the ropes and Eli ducked and bounded off the far rope. He came springing back and Tony launched him high over head. Eli Jimenez’s contorted body flew through the air and clipped referee Jack Doan in the face and Doan flew out of the ring.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, that referee interfered in the match!

LOUGAINIS: One thing is for sure, it will most definitely be a 3 on 1 match now.

Right on cue, The DS Boys entered the ring and Martus had the title belt. Render had a chair and went to help Jimenez to his feet. Martus timed his shot perfectly and drilled Lozon in the face with the title belt. The crowd hissed. Eli grabbed the chair from Render and smacked Lozon three times hard in the back. Lozon writhed around in pain. He was busted wide open from the belt shot and was now on all fours trying to get up. Eli climbed the tope rope and flew through the air and hit Lozon with a Van Dam foot to chair shot. Jake Ziegler ran into the ring as The DS boys exited. Eli Jimenez covered and Ziegler counted the 1 and then the 2 and finally he counted the, wait, a kickout! Lozon somehow managed to break the count. Jimenez got into Ziegler’s face. Martus entered and charged and clotheslined Ziegler. Ziegler rolled out of the ring.

BRONK: Damnit Lou, that is 2 referee’s down and out.

Martus kicked away at Lozon and The Man Beast tried to stand up. Render was busy trying to wake up a sluggish Jack Doan. He raced over to get Ziegler up with no luck. Martus had Lozon’s arms pinned behind his back and Eli Jimenez hit a perfect JKO. Eli signaled for Martus to get Tony up again and hit him with a second JKO. Doan was re-entering while Render left Ziegler. Eli pinned and Doan began the slow count. Render tried to enter the ring for some reason but Martus pulled him back so the DS Boys would not get Jimenez disqualified. And then folks, it happened. Jay Taylor ran as best he could towards the ring in a last ditch effort to help Lozon. Render pushed through and slid into the ring as Doan counted the final 3. There was a new champion and Jay Taylor was too late. Eli celebrated and slid out of the ring with Martus and they began to head up the ramp.

Jay slid into the ring and exchanged punches with Render. Lozon was shocked and cleared the cobwebs from his head. He watched Taylor and Render enchange punches. He picked up a chair and Taylor backed off so Render could feel the steel. The last thing Jay remembered was a chair shot to his face. Lozon has turned on Jay! Render picked up a chair and faced off against Tony. Both men were welding smashed up chairs. Someone would receive a facial. Eli, the new champion, and Martus slid back into the ring. 3 on 1 again. Jay was out cold, busted wide wide open. And then folks, the shocker came. Render turned and fired a chair shot at Martus head. Eli Jimenez was stunned and froze. Lozon then smashed his chair over the skull of the Champion with a sick thud. The crowd was fucking confused. Two men, 1 night, and two backstabs had taken place.

Lozon grabbed a microphone. He spoke in a menancing tone partially out of breath, “It wasn’t suppose to happen this way. Jay you have failed me for the last time. You can’t teach me anything, because I am better than you. You cost me the title! Render and I are out for revenge! I was suppose to retain as Render and I crushed Jimenez and Taylor. Well, mark my words, I will be the champion once again. Eli Jimenez, your days are numbered. Jay, you pathetic piece of garbage, you should really think of retiring, because if you don’t, Render and I will do it for you, dead or alive.”

Render was handed the microphone, “Eli, I am tired of you and Martus holding me back. I carried that tag team and I was the one responsible for your success in the Chaos Division. I am tired of being a loser because I am better than you. Lozon and I can not be stopped. It is time to reek havoc on this division and dominate like a true faction should. I use faction because there are 3 of us, not just Lozon and I. Next week, our third will reveal himself. As far as DS Inc and The DS Boys are concerned, consider it dead, and I hope you rot in hell!”

The crowd erupted in the loudest boo’s the Chaos Division had ever heard.

Emily Helt came to the stage to mixed applause. “It looks like the shit hit the fan tonight. My oh my, what do we do now. With DS Inc dead, Corp B will now be pushed into the title match against The Rednecks. These two teams will face off in our main event at the next Chaos show. As for Eli Jimenez, good luck, you are a marked man. You treated me like garbage in DS Inc when I only tried to help. And now to Jay Taylor. As much as I appreciate you making me the new GM, I have to admit, I do not like you. As a matter of fact, I hate you! I have been sucking up to you because I knew you had the best chance to win that Irish Brawl! I used you and now I am the GM who controls your destiny in the Wrestling world. Your title shot, is now gone because you are not worth the paper your contact is printed upon. I am awarding Tony Lozon a title shot because quite frankly, he deserved it more than you.”

The crowd chanted, “BITCH” and “SLUT”. It is definitely appearant that the new GM not only screwed over Jay, but is going to run the division as a heel.

Eli Jimenez is now the champion once again but at what expense? He has no backup save for Martus. Render and Lozon are the new force the division must worry about. Eli’s days are in fact numbered because not only do Render and Lozon want a piece of him on a platter, but Jay Taylor no longer has a title shot and will surely be pissed. Emily is now in charge, and will certainly make life hell for the few good guys left in the division. What the hell will happen next? You will have to tune in next time, for…..

The List.
