Marks will be re-tallied regularly and can be earned through a variety of functions including contests, betting, and work. Dragonriders will have less need of them than holders and crafters, but will not be prevented from earning them. There are currently no rules against trading/lending/borrowing Marks from/to others. Any expenditures of Marks should take place on the boards and will be accounted for here, the first time someone spends more Marks than they have will be a warning, the second will be a temporary suspension of shopping privileges, the third will result in permanent suspension of shopping privilages.
