Ista Weyr is responsible for the protection of Ista, Igen, and Nerat Holds and many of the lesser holds that lay within their territories. These three territories hold exclusive rights for making requests of transport from the riders of Ista Weyr, but may request them to transport others. At this point no riders are installed in Craft and Hold due to low rider-count, but that may change once Thread begins to fall.
