"You are amazing," Brenda says resting her chin on Jax's chest. "Why thank you, Miss Barrett… I don't mind practicing my lovemaking skills on you at all," Jax replies with a devilish grin. Brenda rolls her eyes and says, "That is not what I meant… I meant you are the most amazing man because of the way you look at me, the way you touch me… the way you treat me." "Bren, you deserve everything I give to you… it is funny that you call me amazing because I have thought the same thing about you ever since you bumped into me at that party," Jax says ruffling her hair.

"You really think of me like that?" Brenda asks with a small smile. "More than words can say, sweetie," Jax responds. "I cannot believe we are back together," Brenda says sitting up, holding her white satin sheets against her body. "We are meant to be together, silly," Jax says pulling her back down to meet his lips. Brenda responds and clutches his golden waves as his tongue gently explored every crevice of her mouth. "Wow!" Brenda says laughing as she pulls away breathless. "I ran into Chloe yesterday afternoon," Brenda says biting her bottom lip. "What did the Barbie doll have to say?" Jax asks shaking his head.

Brenda responds, "Not too much… I just told her how rotten it was of her to do that too us and many people would not be so forgiving." "And I bet she was looking at her nails or flipping her hair the whole time," Jax says chuckling. "Oh but of course… it is Chloe Morgan we are talking about here," Brenda says giggling. "Well, I am proud you were able to see her without bashing her," Jax says stretching his arms behind his neck.

"It took everything in me," Brenda says turning sideways and propping her head up in her right hand. "Let's forget about Chloe," Jax says leaning in for another kiss. Brenda smiles and this time she kisses Jax with the fervor of three people and Jax was the one left saying "wow". "I think I better go though, I have a little work left on that deal," Jax says sliding out of bed with Brenda admiring his muscular, tanned body. "Robin and I have to plan Lois's bachelorette party but I will come by later tonight if you want," Brenda says putting on her robe. "I promised you I would plan something special and I will, so be there," Jax says scooping her up in his arms and kissing her. "Put me down, you goof!" Brenda yells. "I love you," Jax says placing her on the bed with his blue-green eyes dancing with affection. "I love you too," Brenda says giggling as Jax kisses her neck.

"Goodbye my love," Jax says putting on his coat. "Bye Prince Charming," Brenda says blowing him a kiss.

Brenda walks into her bedroom after a shower. She runs over and jumps on her bed and buries her face in her pillows. She inhales deeply… Jax's cologne was still on the pillows and Brenda sighs happily. She hops up and flips on her radio. She grabs a brush and begins to sing along.

Brenda giggles and opens her closet as she continues to song softly. She pulls out a creamy yellow sleeveless sundress and matching yellow clog sandals.

"A natural woman!" Brenda screams the final words as she holds a picture of Jax to her chest. "Brenda Barrett, you are so loud!" Robin exclaims laughing. "I am sorry Robin but I am so elated right now… Jax came home early and well… he spent the night and it was so wonderful," Brenda says crashing onto her bed. "I thought I saw a mess of blond curls walking out the door," Robin responds laughing and sitting on the bed.

"Where is Lois?" Brenda asks. "She is being fitted for the dress…she picked it out yesterday," Robin says smiling. "Wow…what color?" Brenda asks. "She told me not to tell you…she says it will be a surprise," Robin replies at Brenda's frustrated scowl. "I am dying to know! Oh well," Brenda says shaking her head.

"We have to make plans for the party," Robin says standing up. "I know…give me twenty minutes and I will be down," Brenda says taking her damp hair and placing it in a tortoise shell clip. "Sounds good… I do have to be at Jason's at five though… he is planning something special for our one year," Robin says with her cheeks blushing slightly. "Wow, a whole year… congratulations Robin," Brenda says hugging her. "Thanks Bren," Robin responds with a smile and walks out. She, Lois, and Robin all seemed to be the happiest they had ever been.

Jax opens the door to his house and sees Geoffrey humming cheerfully as he dusted the cherry wood table. Jax walks by the oblivious butler and hears a female voice singing from the pool area. Jax squints in the sun to see a golden ponytail bopping in the air. It was Jilliane singing with a tube of lipstick in her hand.

"Jilliane Marie Jacks, what in the hell are you doing here?" Jax yells is disbelief. Jilliane turns around with a bright smile on her face. "Jax! My favorite brother!" Jilliane says running and giving him a hug. Jax pulls away and asks, "Jilly, why are you here and do Mom and Dad know?"

Jilliane giggles and lies down on the lounge chair and slides on her sunglasses. "Well, Mom and Dad know that I am away on a trip…they just think I am somewhere else," Jilliane says curling her toes in delight. Jax crosses his arms and responds, "And where do they think you are staying?" "Jerry promised Mom and Dad that he would take me to Italy for this long weekend because Julia would be on business in the Orient… then Julia's deal finished early and Jerry did not want me there so…" Jilliane says shrugging her shoulders. "And you just struck up a deal with Jerry that you would not tell Mom and Dad as long as he sent you to Port Charles, am I right?" Jax asks shaking his head.

"Jax, you are too smart for your own good!" Jilliane says jumping up. "So I'm told, little sister," Jax replies. "Anyways, this place needs me… it is missing a female Jacks touch," Jilliane says twirling around in her red bikini.

"Jilly, at least put on some shorts," Jax says throwing his arms up in the air. "Jax, I hope it is okay that I invited some of my friends over," Jilliane says waving to something behind his back. Jax flips around to see Emily Quartemaine, Liz Webber, Lucky Spencer, and Nikolas Cassadine all dressed in bathing suits with towels and sunglasses by their sides. "Hi everyone!" Jilliane says cheerfully with her eye lighting up at the sight of Nikolas.

"Jilliane, come here, please," Jax grits through his teeth. Jilliane prances over and smiles, knowing full well that Jax was less than pleased at her arrival. "Jax, please let me stay!" Jilliane says sticking out her lower lip in a pout. Jax gazes at her and responds, "Behave… and you better be quiet with your friends… I have work to do," Jax says kissing her forehead and walking back into the house. "I'm in!" Jilliane announces taking a bow. Emily and Liz laugh and respond, "Your brother is so hot!"

"Okay, we have the hall, balloons, streamers, disco ball, food, cake, presents, DJ… what else do we need?" Robin asks as she and Brenda stood in the decoration store. Brenda turns around with shock on her face. She grabs Robin's shoulders and responds, "You forgot the most important thing… the male stripper!" Robin shakes her head and says, "Brenda, Lo said she did not want any strippers of any sort…Ned is all the man she will ever need…I can quote her from this morning."

"Robin, exactly!" Brenda says with her brown eyes blazing. "Exactly what?" Robin asks in confusion. "Ned will be our stripper…we won't have him strip though…maybe just a little dance with leather pants… Lois will love that!" Brenda says laughing. "Maybe but what if Ned will not agree?" Robin asks. "Leave it to me…I can be very persuasive when I want to be," Brenda responds with a giggle. "I have a feeling Ned won't know what hot him once you start talking," Robin says as she and Brenda enter the long line.

"Miss Cerullo, you look amazing!" the seamstress says as Lois turns around in the satin, silver wedding dress. "I love it…my nails are going to look perfect with the dress," Lois responds beaming in the mirror. "Oh a nice French manicure, darling?" the seamstress asks holding her breath. "Heavens no! I will have silver nails…maybe gold decals on the tips too of little wedding bells," Lois says facing the woman.

"Maybe the silver would just be nice, dear," the seamstress says politely. "You're right…silver nails… gold toenails!" Lois responds happily.

Three hours later…

Brenda stands at the foot of the staircase as Robin approaches. She looked beautiful… her light brown hair was up in a French twist and her lithe body was covered in a cap-sleeved straight black silk dress. "Robin…wow," Brenda says as Robin's cheeks glow. "Do I really look okay?" Robin asks placing diamonds in her ears. "Sweetie, if Kate Winslet was not Rose in Titanic, Leonardo would be knocking on your door," Brenda says pulling Robin into an embrace. "Thanks Bren…I am so nervous," Robin says pulling away. "Have fun and don't do anything I wouldn't do," Brenda shouts as Robin runs out and enters the black limo that Jason had sent over.

"My turn to be Cinderella!" Brenda says as she scoots up the stairs to her room.

Two hours later…

"Jilly…I missed you!" Brenda says embracing Jax's sister when she opened the door. "Brenda, you look fabulous…I missed you too," Jilliane says smiling. Brenda steps into the foyer and says, "I heard how you conned your way into coming here…good work," Brenda says with laughter in her eyes.

"It was not easy but I am a Jacks after all," Jilliane replies with a shrug of the shoulders. "Date with Nikolas tonight?" Brenda asks. "Like my outfit? We are going to see a play," Jilliane says modeling her baby blue sweater set and long black skirt. "You look perfect," Brenda says with her dimples deepening… Jilliane was so full of life and so sweet that you could get annoyed with her crazy antics. "That's Nikolas…I will see you soon," Jilliane says at the sound of the beep. "Have fun," Brenda says. "Be home by eleven!" Jax screams out the door behind Brenda.

Brenda turns around and laughs at Jax's serious face. "Lighten up…she is only sixteen once," Brenda says poking him in the stomach. "I know…and Brenda, you take my breath away," Jax says pulling her close. "I could say the same about you…tuxedos always do make you look quite delicious," Brenda whispers into his ear. "Ready to go?" Jax asks with his eyes filled with anticipation. "Lead on Mr. Jacks and I will follow," Brenda responds as Jax ushers her out the door.

"I love it Jason," Robin says as Jason places the pearl ring onto her right ring finger. "Robin, I know I am not asking you to marry me but I want you to know that I cannot see myself spending my life with anyone but you…I love you," Jason says kissing her hand.

"Jason, this night has been so perfect…the dinner at the PC Grille, dancing at Luke's, and this part is my favorite," Robin says as Jason wraps his arms around her waist. Jason looks down upon her and responds, "The bridge is where is all began and where it will all continue." "I know…happy anniversary Jason…I love you," Robin says closing her eyes and placing her face against his chest where it nestled just perfectly.

"Jax, I can hear water lapping against the ground…where are we?" Brenda asks as Jax covers her eyes. "Open and you shall see," Jax says taking his hands away. Brenda's eyes flutter open to the Port Charles Lake…she turns around and a small cottage sat behind them. "I decided we needed some nature in our lives," Jax says smiling.

"Honey, it's wonderful but we have a cottage…not too much of a wilderness adventure," Brenda says laughing. "No…look at the red tent over there," Jax says pointing down the dock. "Wow…I like it," Brenda says nodding in approval. "Not too much for a city girl?" Jax asks. "I think I can handle one night," Brenda says pulling her hair out of its clip. She proceeds to kick off her shoes and unzip her red sating dress and leave it in a heap.

"Bren, what are you doing?" Jax asks as she takes off her jewelry and lingerie to reveal her naked body. "Skinny dipping," Brenda says diving into the cool water. She surfaces to gaze at the moon's reflection on the lake. It was too beautiful for words. She hears a splash behind her and sees Jax smiling devilishly. "Kiss me," Brenda says pulling his naked chest to hers. "No problem," Jax mutters as their lips meet.

Brenda asks in excitement. "See that star up there," Jax says pointing to the sky. "Yes, it is very bright," Brenda responds looking into the midnight sky. "That is our star…because our love shines just as brightly, if not more," Jax says holding her as a tear forms in her eye and Jax brushes it away.

"That is the sweetest thing I have ever heard or been given," Brenda says hugging him. "No Brenda…our love is the sweetest thing," Jax responds back kissing her lips once more.

"I wish you did have to leave in two days…three more weeks till the summer," Nikolas says kissing Jilliane's lips. Jilliane pulls away and responds, "Oh no…I am not leaving…I am here to stay!"
