Sabrina Owens opened her flower shop for business. She had been a florist here in San Paulo California since her father had died a few
years before. The business was profitable and Sabrina lived comfortably. She did wish she had someone special in her life though.
Just then the bell rang indicating a customer on the way inside. When she saw him it took her breath away. There stood the most gorgeous
blond man she had ever seen. His eyes were the color of the Pacific Ocean and he stood about 6'2" tall. He walked over to the counter and
ordered a dozen champagne colored roses. She wondered who the lucky woman was. He said" Excuse me miss but what cards do you
have to go with these roses.?" She replied "Well here are some of our romantic ones." He said" Actually its for a birthday." She pulled out a
birthday card or two and he found one he liked. She noticed him write "Happy Birthday Mum, Love Jasper." She thought how sweet, he
sends his mum roses on her birthday. He noticed her looking at the card and she blushed. Then he placed it in the envelope and addressed
it to Lady Jane in Alaska. Sabrina wrote up his bill and asked" Will that be cash or charge?" He pulled out an American Express Platinum
card and placed it on the counter. She noticed his name on the card, Jasper Noah Jacks.
She ran it through the machine and handed him a receipt for his purchase. Then she handed him his card back and wired the flowers to
Alaska.
He said" Sabrina, would you happen to be free tonight?" She replied "Yes i would." He said"Well then how about dinner at Gianelli's
then?" She said" Well i get done here at 6:00, how is 6:45?" He replied "That's fine I'll meet you there then." They exchanged phone numbers
and then Jax left the shop.
The rest of the day went quickly for them both. Sabrina was intrigued by Jasper and couldnt wait to see where things went between them.
