SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
1). In-service Inspection of Pressure Equipment.
Inspection of Pressure equipment as per API-510, performed basic pressure and thickness calculations for Pressure Vessels, Recommended repair Welding Procedures for defects in various Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Performed DPT & MT. Performed UT thickness readings. 2)Inspection
(a). Performed material inspection, Quality contract audit and Vendor evaluation for steel Pipes, Plates, Tubes, Forgings etc. went to suppliers’ premises to control the products quality before order issuing or product shipping;
(b). Carried out receiving, shop floor and site inspection for pressure vessel, piping and Steel Structure, related to visual quality, dimension, weld, assembly, material traceability, surface treatment, coating, packing and identifying.
3). Supervision
(a). Supervised quality management system, procedure implementation and document filing at boiler pressure vessel plant, jobsite and supplier premise;
(b). Oversaw fabrication process at shop floor or jobsite from raw material cutting, machining, welding, assembly, testing and coating to delivery packing ensuring adherence to quality requirements;
(c). Conducted pre-inspection meeting to carry out quality requirements, specification and ITP;
(d). Monitored, counted and reported the project progress.
(e). Arranged inspection, testing and heat treatment works.
4). Testing
(a). Witnessed pressure tests and mechanical performance tests for pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger;
(b). Operated non-destructive testing related to RT, UT, MT and PT.
5). Reviewing
(a). Reviewed and approved inspection and testing procedures, reports, Welding Procedure Specification and Procedure Qualification Record;
