Dear Academic Cognitive Functionaries,
I'm writing this letter to add my thoughts to your excellent "Ivory Tower Half Hour" blabfest on PBS. I will be concentrating on Damned Lies in the Red, White and Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� The Blue Tie of Idiocy wearing nitwits have completely failed to justify the right wing "super bowl" in Iraq. Yet there is DEBATE in congress about how many billions of dollars in tax monies they will spend on this failed policy of illegal invasion. This is one of the Damned Lies in the Red, White and Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� The only winners in this war are large corporate campaign contributors such as Haliburton and Buell with close ties to the Bush Crime Family. They are attempting to sell us death and destruction as peace and protection while the corporate rich get ever richer by war profiteering. This is one of the Damned Lies in the Red, White and Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� As state and local governments are raising taxes and cutting services such as aid to education, and the poor. The Bush Crime Family has given huge tax breaks to rich pigs like themselves and are funneling tax money, via " Faith Based Initiative" to right wing fundamentalist evangelical grifters such as Pat "Reverend Blowhard" Robot-son (misspelling intentional). We have been told by G'Duya and the rest of the Bush Crime Family that "sacrifices must be made" for the glorious war effort. That schools and students must perform up to standardized test scores while having their budgets cut. That the poor need "belief in Jesus" in order to receive basic food and shelter. These are more of the Damned Lies in the Red, White and Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� We are being told that Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, ETC. are just "a few bad apples" and the economy is on its way up. This is one of The Damned Lies in the Red, White and Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� While the so-called Department of Justice, having been loaded with Bush Crime Family appointees, does "show trials" of street level dealers like Martha Stewart. Kingpins like Ken "Enron" Lay live in multi-million dollar Houston penthouse apartments without any fear of prosecution. We're told that this failure to bring the Enron bunch to trial for their crimes has nothing to do with the fact that Enron was G'Dubya's largest single campaign contributor in the last presidential election. This is one of the Damned Lies in the Red, White And Blue fog, or Why G'dubya AKA the Capo of the Bush Crime Family MUST be Impeached.
� While G'Dubya gets sweaty palms if he's more then a five minute helicopter ride from a lead lined, steel reinforced, concrete bunker deep underground. He insights further attacks on our service people in Iraq with tough guy, chicken hawk bullshit like "bring em on!" In the mean time, poor and working people are told that getting a neatly folded flag, as the body their young person is lowered into the ground is a great honor and a necessary sacrifice. I could go on and on about the lies, thieving and cheating we have been subjected to by the Bush Crime family. These racketeers have turned our federal government into some bizarre military industrial complex theocracy. I suggest we all call or write our congress people and senators in washingtoon and suggest they be the first on their block to write up the articles of impeachment. Remind them that the sooner the better, lest they get lost in the "Christmas Rush" to dump the Bush Crime Family. If they can impeach slick willy clinton for lying about an oval office blow job, they can impeach G'Dubya for the thousand and one lies he's told us. Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
