Chart Commentary
J to tha Uno... Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule do it again!. "Ain't It Funny" follows "I'm Real"'s footsteps and goes all the way giving J.Lo her fourth #1 in just three years and Ja Rule's third #1 in just over 6 months. This event means Kylie Minogue slips back to #3 with "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", while Brandy continues to be stuck at #2 with "What About Us?". Elsehwere in the top 5, fresh off from a Grammy performance last week, *N Sync jumps three spots to #4 with "Girlfriend", now the third top 5 hit from "Celebrity".
Rockin' up the charts... This week's greatest gainer is "Don't Let Me Get Me" by P!nk. The second single from "M!ssundaztood" leaps eight spots to #25 in its second week on the chart.
New entries... Three newcommers, Glenn Lewis, Tweet and B2K, debut this week at #36, #37 and #38 respectively. Expect strong debuts next week by Sheryl Crow, Lenny Kravitz and Faith Evans.
