There are three different studies of erect penis size used in this site. The first is an older study made by The Alfred C. Kinsey Institute for Sex Research some decades ago. Although these two studies were made in the Internet, their results are very near to those studies made by actual clinical measurements. So they really represent the truth of the penis size (unfortunately). The penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the skin of your belly to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis.
