1.	Go to Setting ==> Customization ==> Export Customization ==> Select Account ==> More Actions ==> select Export selected …..( save it )
2.	   Now to Import my file AccountArabic.xml
3.	Go to Setting ==> Customization ==>Import Customization ==> Browse the file ==> Upload .
4.	Then Import selected Customization ,when Success ==> Publish Account form from Customization Entity .
5.	Open Account form, 

Note :
The attribute also in Arabic you can see it from Customize Account form ==> Add Field.
