Incase your wondering what exactly "3d art" is, it is computer generated art, which is mostly made to appear realistic or "3d". 3d art is the most popular type of images to use as backgrounds and they work the best too! I personally have used alot of these images as desktops for my computer. In this gallery are various images I've collected from all over the net, there is also a few I've edited/made.
