| Album Cover Controversy It has recently come to my attention that a photograph of myself is being used as an album cover for the new musical act Ballz. I never gave the band permission to use my likeness nor do I know how this picture was obtained. I would never willingly let this wannabe Nickelback band use my image to promote thier album. I'm real sorry that Ballz isn't popular enough to sell albums on their own, and that they not only need to use my picture to sell albums, but they have to degrade my own award winning band, Came With the Coke in their lyrics. I feel sorry for the Ballz boys, we used to be good friends when we were on tour together, but as soon as Coke started to gain popularity, Ballz showed their true colors and turned against us in a jealous rage. Came With the Coke is a band whose music speaks for itself, we don't have to demean other acts in our songs. Ballz not only has me on thier cover, but they have two songs in their album with my band name in the title. It's pretty obvious that they have an unhealthy obsession with our band. I'm sorry that you're not as talented Ballz, I'm not mad...just dissapointed that you would sink so low, good luck on your tour with Creed. The Ballz website |
