Phoenix, AZ, was still using this Seagrave horse-drawn hose wagon in 1922. Surviving records of Seagrave fire engines built from 1906 on do not show a horse-drawn hose wagon (or any other horse-drawn Seagrave fire apparatus) built for Phoenix, AZ, so this one was evidently built before 1906. Seagrave records before 1906 are almost non-existant, so the date and serial number are unknown.
