Every spring, Seagrave shows off two dazzling new fire engines at the California Fire Instructors Workshop (CFIW) in San Jose, CA. At the 1994 show, the Seagrave booth featured this new rig that was about to be delivered to Engine 4 in Vernon, CA. This 1500-gpm pumper is Seagrave model T850ON, serial number T8616. The factory manufacturing date is March 17, 1994, or about two weeks before my dad snapped these photos (you can't get much newer than that!) (Ed Hass photos).
