In 1992, Los Angeles City bought two identical Hazard Materials Squads, using Seagrave Model TC00CH cab and chassis, with body by Saulsbury. The first of these, Hazmat Squad 39, is Seagrave Serial Number 74202, with factory date of May 22, 1992, displayed (above) at the 1994 IFBA convention. (Ed Hass photo).
