| I am not fluent in Japanese! In fact, I know almost NOTHING. That's why I have a dictionary to help me when I'm feeling down or when I don't know any word except "chocho". This dictionary tells me wonderful things, like how to dissect names to find their meanings and also tells me the word for transvestite. Benisato isn't a transvestite, but she has a name. "Beni" means "deep red" or "crimson" "sato" means "home" or "village" Deep Red Home? Crimson Village? I'm disapointed and most likely confused. There are other words that are similair to "sato". "Satou" can mean "wine lover", "gradation", or "sugar" It still doesn't explain anything, unless the subtitlers were dumb and spelled "Benisatou" as "Benisato"...but I doubt it. |
