Two couples, good friends from college, came with their children, I have to really hand it to them, they are doing a great job as parents, and they went out of their way to visit me here in far-flung K�ln. I owe them much more than I can ever say to their faces, as they are models of serenity and maturity which I can only aspire to emulate.
Laura Frisk and Benjamin Houghton are Virginia natives, they came with came with Cale and Darby. Caroline O'Kicki (Pennsylvania) and William Cunningham Bissell III (Massachussets) came with Theo. We spent some time with them lunching on both sides of the Rhine.
