Back in October of 2000, I took part in a re-creation of the "First Thanksgiving" in October of 2000 at Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Notice the picture at right! National Geographic has put out a Children's book that was created in conjunction with the Re-enactment to re-teach about the Thanksgiving Myth, entitled "1621: A New Look at Thanksgiving".
