Touring the Guinness Factory was certainly one of the highlights for myself. I'm quite the fan of beer, but had never really been a huge fan of Guinness...it was always a bit thick for my tastes. Oh, what a little tour can change! I found myself getting quite a taste for the drink. I managed to throw back three pints in the Gravity Bar, a little bar on the top floor of the factory with a 360 degree view of the city.
