    Tomislav joined the original Apolyton Independent Nation on August 11th but quickly was dissappointed by the rampant confusion and disorganization there.
    Several months later, Tomislav devised the Republic of Humanistan as an experiment in Parliamentary democracy.  Basically, this was the idea of Istvanistan before it had any real presence.  He worked a great deal to direct the growth of Istvanistan and currently they have moved from obscure, small, nation into a
relatively large and cohesive unit.
    Tomislav wrote the original constitution, which since then, has been altered many times in accordance to the views and arguments of our citizens.  The result was a unique government involving a very high level of citizen activity while still retaining the roles of elected officials in the Presidency and Parliament to keep things moing efficiently.
