The most prized free agent on the market has signed a contract with the Boston Celtics. There were many reasons for him to sign with Boston. Now DIrk gets his own team, and joins one of the most storied franchises to ever play the game of basketball. He will grace the fans on a nightly basis, who are in love with their team. Most importantly, he will be teaming up with Dwight Howard to make one of the best inside outside games EVER, and will definately lead this team to a title.
The fans in Boston can't believe their ears. The town is finally buzzing again with basketball fever, and they cant get enough of it. "This team will be in the finals, I guarantee it," said 16 year old fan Jason Smith. The town finally has something to be excited about.

Just months after signing prized free agent Dirk Nowitzki, the tandem of Howard and Dirk has won a title in Boston. This team is set for another run next year, as the youth keeping getting better. The owner had title aspirations when he signed Dirk, and now they have come to fruition.
Dirk was meant for Boston, and this just proved it. Dirk lead the Celtics through the playoffs and the East power houses. A great supporting cast and depth also helped. This is a great day in Boston, and Larry Bird is sure to be proud to have passed the torch to Nowitzki in a way. This cements Nowitzkis place in the hall of fame, and will now be considered one of the best to ever play the game AND win a title. This could not have worked out any better.
