Sorry, im not sure what the max is, but thats what Im offering, the MOST money and raises I can.  If the numbers I put out are more or less than what I can offer, please let me know, or just know that I am offering the absolutely most I can offer.
Incentives:

If Boston wins the championship at any time will Dirk Nowitzki is on the roster, then he will get a $2.5 million bonus.

Dirk will get $1.1 million dollars for every all star appearance.

Dirk will get $1.2 million dollars for every year that Boston makes it to the playoffs.

If Dirk wins MVP he gets a $3.00 million bonus.

If Dirk is on the All-NLL 1st, 2nd or 3rd team he gets $1.0 million, $.75 million, and $.6 million respectively.
Bonuses:

The team owner (Jasonba) plane is available for players.  Dirk can go to Germany, or bring people back to Boston, or fly anywhere he wants.

Any other demands that Dirk has we will strongly consider.
