Pour shots into a Hurricane glass. Add ice. Fill with 7-Up. Mix and serve.

In serving glass saturate sugar lump with Gran Marnier and 2 drops of bitters. Pour champagne over combination, and serve.

In a cocktail shaker partially filled with Perrier ice, combine vodka, blue Curacao and a good splash of orange juice; set aside. Dip edge of wide-mouth glass, such as a martini or daiquiri glass, in water or orange juice; then dip in plate covered with sugar. Add Perrier to glass, shake contents of cocktail shaker well. Using a cocktail strainer, pour mixture into sugar edged glass.

Blend first three ingredients with ice. Garnish with peach slice and lemon wheel.

Crush four ice cubes and place in chilled martini glass, along with melon Midori. Shake up the vodka, Southern Comfort and fruit juice. Pour carefully on top of the crushed ice. Drip the Grenadine in until a tequila sunrise effect appears, and float the Galliano on top.

Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Serve with an olive or a twist of lemon.

In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin and lime juice. Stir. Strain into tall glass and add chilled carbonated water.
