The Broken Child

Innocence the broken child
Knowing not the pain to come
Weary eyes and weary smile
In weariness he is at home

Broken child is beat and bruised
Now his world is one of hurt
Broken, bloody, and abused
And now he knows just what he's worth

Broken child learns emptiness
No one dear to call his own
Empty smiles are empty bliss
The broken child is all alone

Broken child so full of hate
For the world that broke his heart
With his rage he sows their fate
As he longs to tear them apart

Broken Child has what it takes
He knows it’s the only way
So now he’ll make all them break
And exact his revenge today

Guilty is the broken child
Now that every one is gone
Bloodied hands and broken smile
The broken child is all alone.
