Engine Modifications/Pictures:
1. Have made a cold-air intake for my car....using 3" pvc piping elbow pieces and a small straight pipe piece.

2. I also moved my battery location to the trunk of the car, mounted on the drivers side rear. (replaced with a larger deep cycle...dry cell battery). This allowed me to use the stock battery location for the cold-air intake.

3. I installed a Weapon*R performance filter on my car....was later changed to the cold air style(see #1)..to avoid sucking in the hot engine air. Here's a picture of the original filter setup..prior to cold air.
4. Was running NGK spark plugs....and had recently changed over to NGK wires..(blue color).
that's all I had done to the engine on my MX6..due to lack of much performance parts supply for 1st gen. non-turbo engine.
