Jason's Bio
Born to Dale Chambers and George West; raised in Chicago, Jason was "bitten by the
acting bug at a very young age.  "I remember my grandmother would tote me to local
open calls" Jason recalls. " I auditioned for "Josh and S.A.M", "Free Willy", "Batman
Forever" and a few plays at the Goodman theater. I knew right away that acting was my
calling"

Always having been the class clown and feeling a constant need to be the center of attention, Jason found his outlet in the form of theater.  " I remember going to see a play while in 7th grade,at a local high school and thinking ...Wow, I need to be doing that!" Jason indeed did
pursue theater. His roles in productions such as "Our Town", "Fiddler on the Roof", " A Midsummersnight Dream", " The Mouse that Roared", and several others only fueled his passion for the arts.  "I remember my first part in a high school play. At that time I felt like I was in "Les Mis" on Broadway...the adrenaline rush from being on stage gets addictive!"

Addictive you say...

Jason went on to professionally study the craft of acting in Chicago at "Act One" studios,
the world famous "Second City" (home of many past and present SNL cast members) and
with various acting and scene study coaches.

Start spreading....the news.

After a talk with friends and family Jason solidified his decision to become a full-
time actor by moving to New York.  " When I first moved here I spent count-
less hours as a tourist.  This city is so overwhelming and such a cultural
melting pot that you would be hard pressed to NOT be constantly awe-struck,
heck I still am!"   Since moving to the Big Apple Jason has
made appearences on the TV shows "Guiding Light", "All My Children","Sex and the City", "Can You Tell?", "Joe Millioniare" and most frequently on"As the World Turns" as the Java Underground bartender Kyle.

Head west young man, head west...

Jason once again hears the calling of Hollywood and the big screen.  This time however
from the source itself...L.A.  "I love New York, its just that the majority of TV and Film work is centered out there, I feel that that is going to be the place for me to make my mark." states Jason.  "I am currently weighing out my options.  I have contimplated making
the move for pilot season (Janrary) of next year."

We will keep you posted on all the recent developments in Jasons career as they unfold.
