[. Showdown #1 .]

With a more than happy Fall-Out, Cade bounces back happier than ever. And on another note, besides feeling to his best advantage, and gloating so much about the win as people would think, he housed a new found respect for the man, York. The two went through hell during the Main Event, and only one could walk out still holding his prize. Cade might not have won it fairly, but not everything in life was fair. Things had to be done in the proper place, and the world kept moving on. Instead of keeping in the moment, Cade rushed quickly to prepare himself for Showdown. Blood was a new threat that came his way, as so would be all of them now. Everyone was against Cade, and for one simple reason. Hes open territory, and hes the World Champion. Everyone wants a piece of him, and not just because he has the ego trip to send anyone into a coma. He was also a man to respect, although dirty wins was one thing he was known for, he still deserved his right to pull out the win, and hold the strap as his own, dethroning York, after his long ride at the top

The scene opens up, inside the Illuminati house. There are numerous beer cans laying around, and nothing had to be said about that. When Cade was home to the house with the gold across his shoulder, a simple party wasnt all that went on.After coming back from a strong hangover, and a few hours in front of the commode, he was back to a structure he hadnt seen in some time, The House. With so many questions to ask, he was a man with the answers..Steve, and Logan are around him. Logan is still drinking, while Steve is just being there, mostly. The World Championship strap is neatly laid over Cades shoulder, not into working out as of yet.

Cade: As much as Id love to rub things in, Im going to give you some respect York, for once in your life. That was one hell of a match. And indeed, it did come out the way I wanted it to, but it wasnt exactly the cleanest thing that has ever been done on my behalf. But I done what needed to be done. If I could relive the moment, hell yes Id do it again.but thats me, York. I never asked Hampton to come out and be my bitch, but I cant exactly complain. As much as Id love to beat your ass fair and square, it wasnt exactly so fair. But in the end, I did lay you on your ass pretty damn fairit was just us, Xtreme Rules, a sort of match Im so fond of.but a long story made shortI have your belt, or might I say, my beltand you do not.Looking forward to another week, Ill be stepping back up to the plate, as not only the leader of this place, The Championand being number one..Blood is known, not for only his ruthless drinking, but his ruthless ability in the ring. Hell have to take time to adjust to the new Champion, as we all will.hell also adjust, to having me beating his silly ass around

Logan: Yeah, that match was a classic, and even great at that. As much as the fans expected you to win, York had as many votes sailing his waybut all in all, I believe you did deserve it. You put up one hell of an effort, and busted your way through the competition, even counting KOX..York has made a big name out of the belt, and really made it mean something.through the course of time, I say maybe a hand full of names has held that belt.Basically getting your hands on it, would almost guarantee your name in the Hall..but thats not a reason to let it go to shameYork made that belt a trademark, and you cant let that die. I had the whiney little bitch, but he does have heart

Cade: Hes okay, he just likes to whine too much. Yeah, I know itd feel weird not to have something that meant so much over the length of time he didbut all great things eventually come to an end. I might keep holding this belt, even longer than he did, hell, maybe even double the timebut I could even lose it at the next PPV, those are things you must not worry about.Im going to put all I have into keeping the strap around my shoulder, and making it a bigger mark in this society than York ever has.He was a great champion, and even a greater wrestler.and that gives me even more greater reason to be a bigger man then he ever has beenso York, youre not the big guy in town anymore, you can rest easy. I know all the eyes are shifted towards me, and everyone is just waiting for me to make a mistake.those are rare my friend. Many people manage to see the little mistakes we make, but they always fail to see the large contributes that weve made to this great company.as much as you may hate to admit it, or even hate meI am becoming a big face around here, or hell, I am THE big face around heremy name can be mentioned beyond Bloodsand even Taylorsbecause Ive done something that neither of those guys have been able to do in their career, and that is hold this very beltand Im not going to simply let it go all that easily. Blood is next in line to get a shot, or so I thinkor maybe the New president will kiss my ass, and give me Blood and York all in the same matchbut I dont count on anything to happen. All of you losers can come my way, and show me whos the best.I understand Im the one everyone wants, but no one can get.its been like that all my life, and to be honest, I love it.everyone can sit and watch as I rule, and Ill enjoy every fucking minute of it.

Cade shifts the belt around on his shoulder, polishing the gold with a rag that came from his pocket. Shining in the light, was his name under the World Championship insignia, and he grinned, almost the same one that York had made famous.approaching from the side, applauding hands met, bringing fourth his brother Steve.

Steve: I applaud what youve done Cade, you make me proud. You won, and thats all that truly matters. York and anyone else who wishes to complain, as I am sure Blood will also do in his upcoming promo, that you somehow cheated. But as much as they all bitch and moan, that belt will be yours, it cant simple be taken back. You earned it, and the time you put into this came out the way it should have been. Between you and York, you simply wanted it more. I can honestly say your skills are about the same, but determination had a lot to do about thisso just dont think about itturn your cheek and allow the bastards to say as they wish, itll never change anything.

Cade: I dont need you around to tell me that, big brother. Like Ive said more times lately than I have in my career, talking shit and actually doing them are two different things. I put my ass on the line to get this belt, and having it and successfully defending it are two different things. Blood can moan, groan, cuss, and act as damn cool as he wants to be. But when hes ready to be serious, as so am I, and step into that ring with me, the game is on. When he steps into the ring Showdown, he steps into MY court, and hell take the verdict, rather he likes it or not. All Ive got to say, is when youre the judge, the jury, and the executioner, theres nothing that cant be done in your favor, now is there? He enters my domain, my own dojo. He may consult he has contributed more than I have, and put in more time, but that doesnt mean the slightest bit. Now that I hold this title that means everything to me in this federation, Ive got to allow my reputation grow as much as his and Yorks ego combined. Now that Ive been able to rise to the top, and show what I truly deserved, its time that everyone has been put into their place. Now that I kicked York down into his own deserving, its time for Blood. As much as Ive feared him when I first made my way up the ladder, those days have faded into black, much like his lights will.do you know the expression, the lights are on, but nobody is home? I have a feeling you dont Blood. You havent found the proper man to set you in your place. But that time has finally come, and the name is Cade Fucking Silvermock me, make a parade of me, or even congratulate me, none of that matters, its all simply small talk. But then again, what does that make me? I dont know, but I sure as hell know what I am, that youre not. For starters, I hold a belt across my very shoulder, that you will ever see in your own possession.

Cade gives his neck a bit of a cracking, and tilts his head over easily to adjust to the sight of the belt across his shoulder. Its such a wonderful sight, to finally see the man behind the true Future, holding the belt that has been spoken about for so long. Its been Yorks for so long, it almost looks weird. But its an adjustment Cade could easily adjust to.

Cade: So that means, boys, whenever youre ready, Poppa Silver will always be here for ya. Hell no you cant have a shoulder to cry on, but any damn day you feel like youre better than I am, or that you could take this title from my shoulder, Ill defend it on a Showdown. You dont scare me at all. Ive made the name for myself that everyone has been on my case to make, so now theres nothing else that you can say to me. My name is all over the boards, and all over the magazines, and not just including the wrestling ones. People across the world who dont even know what the hell Wrestling is know who I am, and what my name is.and even the majority even wish they could be like me.but the simple truth is, theres only one true great champion. Its mine, and I dont plan to let it leave so easily. The day will come when I fall, just like York has, but that day is now in.The Future.youre not witnessing the past, but somehow, it would still be proper if I was called The Futurebecause, now, Im not only the Present, but I am also the coming Futureso deal with it, punks.

Cade adjusts the belt once more, still looking over it. Never really having the ability to see it so close, almost was another thing to get used to. The world would now look down on his shoes, seeing as only two men in the company had the privilege to hold the gold, as he did now.

Cade: Ive also heard talk, that Im letting the power go to my head already.but I think Im going to be just fine. I think its going to take more than a simple belt to make me more of an egotistical bastard than I am already.its not that Im that much of an Egotistical personIm just very honest, and modest, because I know who the best is. When I know where to give the credit, where its deserved, I dont wait around and see where it goes, I send it to the right source, and right now, and as of late, Im sure anyone could agree, its been to me.Blood is a man I do hold some respect for, but I cant say I hold it for him inside of the ring. Seeing the closest I have been to him is a TV, or the same arena, he still doesnt appose much of a threat. Of course, the whole experience will be new, but the same will go to him. But Im sure as long as Im the Champ, our encounters will become closer together, and more frequent, besides, there isnt a man alive around this place, oh, Im sorry, and lady Angelese, that doesnt want to get their hands on this title..seems as though all Ive talked about this thirty minutes, but I could care less, Im sure all of you people dont mind seeing Cade Silver being paid more for wasting time on the clock, but one thing I dont waste, is time in the ring.

He sat down some, only now in the presence of Logan, seeing as Steve has vanished off the side.Cade now places the belt down under the chair, between his legs.

Cade: But one thing I will remember Blood, is the valiant efforts youve put up, all of the times youve put yourself on the line for this very title, along with Shawn Taylorbut neither of you were able to come up with the win, after numerous times. Not even really mentioning the battle Clausen tried to put upbut out of you guys, so called Legends, I was the only one who came throughand maybe technically, Im still a bit of a rookie in herebut if you see me in the ringwell, allow me to change that, when you see me.youll know that Im not so much of oneIm a veteran, because I fight much like one. Blood, I wish you luck, youll need it..

The scene fades

"You didn't beat me...I let you win."
