- Safety tip - Travel Insurance is the best thing for traveling overseas, as your belongings including passports and flight tickets are covered for damages, theft and being lost, all which easily can happen. Having no travel insurance and losing any of these can easily ruin your holiday and stop you from being able to return home and can end up costing you thousands of dollars. It is not really needed if only flying domestic within Australia.
