Notes:
-Tape Flips
    d1t08/09 - decided not to attempt splicing tracks together since music 
was lost on the master and could not smooth the connection to my liking.
Decided this was a better route.

Dispute over if Lizards is part of a second set at this show.  I think not, 
but listen for yourself.  Some hiss still on the disc, mostly noticable 
during song breaks, but I could not filtered without altering the music at 
some point.
