I am convinced that this is a copy of the ubiquitous "Libest Spacement Monitor" CD bootleg.  The CD track time and sequence, as well as the commentary of the numerous dropouts in track 3, prove this source to me 99%.  Note that LSM is the result of a NoNoise remastering of vinyl source(s), and is a BBC Broadcast.
