Turn up the speakers to hear the enchanting seagull...

Mankinds most annoying enemy and most dangerous. Yes seagulls! In the world, in particular, New Zealand, there seems to be an over abundance of seagulls. They are like batteries, they never come alone or by themselves, they are always in a pack. These gangs of the sky are very cunning and evasive.

How come whenever you seem to eat anything outside you can hear that 'ha ha ha ha haaaaa ha ha haaa ha' noise? They swarm on you and before you can say good gravy, the sky is dark with them. On a recent camping outing to Kaikoura, I was attacked. As I clambered up the steep embankment of shingle, I heard the distict call. Swash, swzone, they appeared. Dropping my perfect skimming stone (it was one of a kind), I picked up a handful of small gravel and launched it. This only angered them more. Like a scene out of The Birds, they started swooping. I took to the ground in a defensive position. Silence, I looked up. They were racing of to a fishing boat about a 1km out.

Before you go I have one question, where do seagulls go at night? They don't go into the trees, so where? Don't worry, I will find out soon enough... <BGSOUND SRC="seagull1.wav" LOOP="INFINITE">
