stuttering, plump & pink, these fleshy swine inbedded themselves into my psyche & have somehow become part of my life --- perhaps i relate,
they're intelligent & by most standards, do not cut a trim figure
they represent loyalty ---
the genuine sweetness & naivete of piglet to pooh's cuddly clumsiness & real philosophy is a partnership stronger than bud & lou
they're never deterred by failure ---
porky was always determined, rarely succeeding, yet never quashed by any adversary, not even bugs bunny --- besides, he had petunia
they're individuals, team players & value life ---
the 3 little pigs may have seemed stupid & frivolous, but they had courage & when the enemy showed his teeth, they put aside their personal goals for the good of all --- although in some versions, 2 of them get eaten & for those who eat meat, they are definitely tasty morsels
because i have noticed through the years that many others also find fascination with this oft times maligned animal --- whose image is represented in oh, so many and various ways
