| Hi everyone | ||||||
| Just a quick praise point and prayer for those who have been praying. This morning, as we were praying together at the storehouse, B prayed for me and the work at the clinic, that there would be an anointing on my work there and that it would touch those there. It is the first time he prayed about this. I know I have asked you to be in prayer. Well tonight was an extremely busy night for me. Several of the cats were sick and needed their cages changing a few times. It all led to me being a little later in finishing.Gazit (Israeli receptionist) and Peter, the Kenyan guy, took off at just before 10, and that left me with Shelly the Vet. He offered, and started to help me clean and mop the floors, and as we were working, he told me that he had been wanting to ask me something for a while. He then said " Your not Jewish are you " and I told him that no I wasn't. He went on to say that he just didn't understand what would cause someone to leave their family, home, country and everything to come to a country that no-one in the world really liked, and do what I am doing..... what was it ? That left the door open for me to talk about my faith and the fact that there were those who loved them. He wanted to know how I came to the decision to come ..... was it a dream.......what ? I was able to share about all that also. What an incredible opportunity. I never would have gotten it so easily the place had been quiet,and I could have left at the normal time, if Peter and Gazit (receptionist) had not left early and left us in the clinic alone. The Lord truly answered the prayers of the morning, for the opportunities to touch the lives of those there, and those of you who have been praying also. Please continue to pray for those at the clinic, that I will be the witness that the Lord wants me to be there. Shelly was sharing with me tonight that his son (around 18mths old) is in hospital. He started off with an ear infection and now it looks as if he has Pneumonia and he has a cellulitis (cell infection) in the tissues surrounding one of his eyes and they are worried at the hospital that it will enter the eye and damage it and that he will need surgery. Please pray for protection for that little boys eye (Benjamin). Michal, the girl who operated on Rinnie the first time, is off work at the moment. Her mother is in hospital, very sick and it is not looking good at all. Please pray for that situation also. I want these people to know that there are those who are praying for them and that God loves them and is interested in them.Will let you go for now. Take care and keep in touch.
