Happy weekend. What a long week. Well, we thought Matt was leaving on Sunday morning. So we made all these plans. We were going to take a romantic horse ride on the beach, go to the zoo, and take our staff here to a nice appreciation dinner. Matt left this morning. So I decided to still go horse back riding on the beach. By myself. So the horse guy brings the horse and only one horse. I started to freak out thinking they were just going to give me the horse to ride by myself. I would have ended up in Pakistan or something. They let me start going by myself, but they realized I had no idea what I was doing so the horse guy walked the horse for me. We started with a smooth trot down the beach. I was enjoying myself. Without giving me a heads up, the guy whipped the horse and I went flying down the beach. I almost screamed like a little girl. I did pee a little in my pants. I didn't feel too safe. The horses harness had duct tape on it. I think it was brand new. So we went a little further down the beach. We stopped. I didn't understand him. I thought he wanted me to get off the horse. I didn't think I was that bad. In reality he was telling me to scoot up on the saddle. He wanted to get on. So he mounted the horse behind me. It was the most akward thing in my life. I think his keys in his pocket were poking me. We rode down the beach together. As he was wipping the horse, the reins were hitting my legs which didn't feel good and my stuff was pressed against the front of the saddle. Needless to say I won't be able to have baby John's after today. So after several minutes of this strange, stinky, Indian guy I just met breathing on my neck holding on to me, he got off. The horse that is. I feel like were dating now. On the way back I got used to it and was riding really fast. I've never rode that fast on a horse. It hurts and I'm sore. The last couple days were okay. We ordered Dominos for dinner like we always do at work. They cannot understand "thin crust". Everytime we order thin crust we get thick crust. In fact the other day, Matt ordered a thin crust Barbecue Chicken pizza and I ordered a thin crust Pepperoni pizza. When the pizza got there, we got 2 thick crust Pepperoni pizzas and some ketchup. Ha. That cracks me up just thinking about it. Now the ketchup didn't come in packets or a bottle. It comes in aluminum foil. They just pour some ketchup in aluminum foil then fold it over. Who eats ketchup on their pepperoni pizza. We did got to Kart Attack again right before it closed on Friday. We had to put on the nasty helmets again, but it was worth it. Nothing too exciting just alot of fun. There was a "festival" to the Fishing God down the beach from us last night. It was this huge concert and rides and lights on the beach. It went on the entire night. It was still going on this morning. I couldn't sleep. I'm going to the Zoo today so I should have some good picks. Have a good weekend.
