Albuquerque Underground
Albuquerque Underground began one day in 1989 while I was sitting at home watching television.  I was flipping through the channels and this naked guy, Don Shrader, had his own show on Channel 27.  That was the public access channel.   It had a great location on the dial, right between MTV and VH1, so it  got alot of the traffic that was switching back and fourth between the two channels.  After watching Don, I decided, if he can have his own television show, so can I.   I started researching what I needed to do to get my own program on the air.  It was suprisingly easy to get my own air time. Attracting the talent and finding subject matter was the hard part.  I scheduled my first show under the name of "Albuquerque Underground" and began work.

"The Campbell Soup Twins" were featured in the first episode of Albuqueruque Underground starring David Armijo and P.J. Parker as "The Campbell Soup Twins" I transformed my garage into a studio and began taping anyone I could find that would get in front of the camera.  I was under a deadline and that motivated me to get things done.  Somehow, I met this guy named Bob Wydner.  He had a video camera too, and was also a musician.  He was looking for an outlet for his music and we began to collaborate on the project.  We had so many arguments over the direction the show would take, but it was fun even through the fighting. Video Clips below, just clik on the pic.
