Tip - Keep arms and legs parallel to the ground. Make sure both elbows and knees stay locked. |

Tip - Bring front leg up as high as possible and bend opposite leg behind you. |

Tip - Bring one leg straight up extending it to the side. Knee and shoelaces should be facing up while the opposite lef is bent upward until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Don't double land!! |
