McCartney Mountain, Montana

Here you can see a classic limb of an anticline.  Strata is extremely well exposed at McCartney Mountain, but some of the geology is tricky.  Several structures exist and some contacts are rather arbitrary.  At bottom / left of center of the photo you can see a couple of white spots which are lowly geology students providing excellent scale.
