> Kono resigns to join her mother's band of Sklarian Raiders.
> Tenzil Kem marries Saturn Queen.
> Two separate B.I.O.N.s attack the Legion on Talus and disable many of them before being held at a standoff by Brin Londo and Wildfire. The three B.I.O.N.s merge and escape after he realizes that this adult Legion is not the one which they were programmed to retrieve for the Dominators.
> Wildfire joins.
> Universo begins discrediting the Legion by linking them with the Khunds.
> A group of Legionnaires arrive on Antares II after being attacked by Khunds. They discover Kid Quantum being held captive and assist him in releasing the combined sentience of all proteans back into their own bodies. Afterwards he returns to New Earth with them and joins the team.
> The Legionnaires disable a food piracy ring on New Earth and depose a xenophobic leader of the Paris Dome with the aid of a young female Dominator with teleportational powers.
> The Legion attacks Glorith on Baaldur. During the battle, she reveals to Jo Nah that she was the one who took Tinya Wazzo (Phantom Girl) away from him, apparantly killing her but actually displacing her in time. She ages Querl Dox, youthens Kent Shakespeare, Mysa Nal, Alya Ranzz and Devlin O'Ryan and seemingly kills Celeste Rockfish by aging her body. However, her attack on Devlin is reflected back at her which allows the Time Trapper to separate himself and his energies from her as she is weakened and escapes from the Legion.
> Glorith travels back to the 20th century in an effort to corrupt Valor but fails and kills him, creating a time paradox which threatens the entire universe. The Valor of the 20th century is replaced by the SW6 Valor.
> Rokk Krinn discovers that he still has slight magnetic powers and Querl Dox creates power-enhancing gauntlets for him, not realizing that the gauntlets have a polarizing effect on Rokk's mind which causes him to very gradually become insane.
> Celest Rockfish survives the death of her body as an energy form in Darkstar armor.
> Kent Shakespeare and Devlin O'Ryan are forced to resign due to their de-aging by Glorith.
> THE LEGION ON THE RUN <On their way back to Talus, the Legion is captured by the UP Militia Academy students to stand trial on Weber's World for conspiring with the Khunds against the UP. They escape with secretive aid from Jacques Foccart and Loomis and travel to Rimbor, hoping to use Jo Nah's gang resources to hide out and clear their names. Adopting new costumes and code-names to disguise their identities, Rokk Krinn (Polestar), Jo Nah (Emerald Dragon), Salu Digby (Virus), Querl Dox (B5), Laurel Gand (?), Mysa Nal (Jewel), Ayla Ranzz (Pulse), Celeste Rockfish (Neon), Brin Londo (Furball), Wildfire (N.R.G.) and Sussa Paka (Wave) discover that the leading gang-lords of Rimbor are in league with the Khunds. After exposing them to the UP, they escape Rimbor to head for Darzyl where the Khunds are planning an attack on Starfinger. The Legion fails to prevent Starfinger's assassination due to interference from the UP militia academy students and many super-powered beings being controlled by the Khunds. Flederweb is released from Khund control and rejoins the team before leading them to Weber's World where the Khunds are staging their next attack. Polestar separates from the team to travel to the Khunds' other target, New Earth. Several Legionnaires battle Khund battle-cruisers while Virus, Pulse and Laurel Gand search Weber's World for explosive devices planted by the Khund diplomats. One of the bombs is disabled by Virus and all of the others are collected by Laurel Gand before the last one explodes, detonating them all with Laurel at ground zero. Dawnstar, Lar Gand (Valor) and Tasmia Mallor (Shadow Lass) arrive and discover the fatally injured Laurel, who dies during an operation to save her. Jacques Foccart clears the Legion's name and reveals Universo's conspiracy to discredit the team. Universo is captured by Drura Sehpt as he tries to flee Weber's World.
> Rond Vidar arrives on Weber's World to warn the Legion about the impending destruction of the universe and discovers the death of Laurel.
> Jo Nah takes Rond's time bubble to search for Tinya Wazzo in the past.
> Ferro vanishes and Dream Girl, Star Boy and Bouncing Boy appear as Legionnaires.
> Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl and Live Wire travel to the 20th century and become involved in Zero Hour.
> Polestar slips further into insanity, attempting to rebuild the planet Earth with his magnetic powers but the young Legionnaires confront him when his actions cause damage to New Earth. Alchemist destroys his power-enhancing guantlets which had been inducing his madness and he comes to his senses.
> Glorith decides to form an alliance with Mordru in order to defeat the Time Trapper and conquer the universe. She meets Mordru in his prison cell and reverts him to a young and powerful age. He rewards her with a pendant that increases her own powers.
> END OF AN ERA<The adult Legion and the Legionnaires join on Shanghalla to have a memorial for Laurel Gand but are interrupted by Querl Dox, Brainiac 5 and Invisible Kid, who inform them of many paradoxes in the current timeline and the approaching end of the Universe. Several figures appear from the Time Beacon on Talus and attack the combined Legions while Mordru and Glorith kidnap Rokk Krinn because Glorith has discovered that his destiny could prevent them from conquering the universe. RJ Brande returns with plans to bring the Earth from Superboy's pocket universe into their own universe to replace their own destroyed planet. They succeed but find that the different physical laws of the pocket universe have caused the planet to become unstable and it will destory itself in a matter of days. The adult and teen-age Legions are joined on Winath by almost every person who has ever been a member of the Legion to locate Rokk. Rokk escapes Glorith's and Mordru's clutches by escaping into a portal that leads to the Infinite Library, a repository for all knowledge throughout time. Deciding that Rokk is no longer a danger to their plans, the two villains travel to Talus to activate the Time Beacon. The combined Legion attacks them there and Glorith kills Leviathan as he tries to destroy the beacon. The adult Gim Allon disappears into thin air with the death of his teen-aged counterpart. A chronal explosion created by Glorith and Mordru reverts many of the Legionnaires to their appearance and age from various points in Legion history. The Time Beacon summons the Infinite Man and Glorith and Mordru use a spell to absorb him and equally share his power, which they use to recreate the universe in their own image and send evil versions of the Legionnaires to battle the real Legionnaires. After failing at other attempts to weaken the two, Mysa invokes the power of Amethyst within her and is able to revert the universe back to its original state. Meanwhile, Rokk krinn escapes from the Infinite Library and is confronted by the Time Trapper. Lar Gand and Tasmia Mallor arrive on Talus with Superboy and the Legionnaires battle Mordru and Glorith with renewed purpose. Glorith is defeated by Lar Gand and Mordru is on the verge of defeat before transporting himself into the core of the pocket Earth at the telepathic suggestion of Imra Ardeen. Lar, Tasmia and Superboy vanish. The remaining Legionnaires travel to Pocket Earth and try to prevent its destruction. The Time Trapper arrives and reveals tht he is actually a future version of Rokk Krinn and he had always been trying to prevent the universe's destruction in manipulating the Legion in the past and splitting the team into two separate bodies. He is convinced that if the older and younger counter-parts merge that the universe will be saved, even if they forfeit their own existence. In heroic sacrifice, the remaining counterparts begin to merge and disappear, leaving only the six founding members. As they merge, their universe ceases to exist and their existence is rebooted...
