This is our new home. Isn't it pretty!

The front garden was pretty much established in a formal style. Mummy found all sorts of goodies in this garden, some of which she didn't know and had to wait till spring to work out what they were. Mummy also found lots of roses.....the previous owner was rose mad, Mummy says. But the problem in this garden was that the previous owner was obviously not a gardener. She planted stuff on top of stuff, like roses where bulbs were and the poor bulbs struggled for space. Mummy had to remove the roses and plant them elsewhere to give the bulbs a fighting chance.

I love watching my mummy gardening. I lay in the sun and just keep my eye on her. My tennis ball is always nearby, and mummy always throws it for me. But Christopher is always using it to play cricket, and almost always loses it. Can you find my tennis ball?

Mummy found orchids, and fuchsias, and all sorts of lovely things, just struggling to find the sun. So Mummy, moved them and cleared stuff out and trimmed and staked and now we have a lovely garden. Click on the names of things she's found to see them.
