Black and Yellow. Like that? Specially for the bees story. So its Friday. Wednesday Alisha got herself some fun. She has been complaining of the bees in her bedroom window of late and the problem that they cause due to her lack of air conditioning. So papa (her landlord) brings over a can of bee killer and prepares to get out on the roof of Columbus to kill them. Alisha decides that she'll have none of that and that since she is younger and more spry, so to say, she should do the bee killing. So she takes her lumpy misshapen leg and climbs out through the adjoining window (i suppose) and gets onto the roof to do some killing. She brings a ruler. Im not really sure what purpose that served, other than to get them riled up. Maybe she just wanted to make sure they knew she was there and to prepare for death. So she goes about poking the bee nest with her ruler and spraying bee killer. Seemingly effective; she retires to the interior to await the results. The next morning she awakens to find the nest has come completely down and there are bee carcasses strewn all about. It seems that she did a sufficient job of destroying their community. But alas, some bee larvae have fallen out and are still scrambling around striving for life. Again, she'll have none of that. So she did what any red-blooded American woman would have done. She lights the larvae and the remainders of their once fully-functioning home on fire. I have the mental image of her laughing almost hysterically as she watches the flames engulf their shreaking fleshy bodies. Its sick. Just plain sick. I know no other woman that compares to Alisha. None. Hands down. She is wierd. I love her.
Lish & I now have the greatest time spouting Napoleon Dynamite quotes back and fourth. She's the greatest.
