JP the Newsletter Guy Bio

The UPN Wrestling report is pleased to announce the addition of "JP the newsletter guy as a reporter....Many local independent wrestling fans may remember our newest correspondent as John The Newsletter Guy from the now-defunct Unified Championship Wrestling (UCW) promotion run by “Mr. Troubleman” Antony Rufo out of the Barton Street Center Community in Pawtucket, RI.  John was the publisher and distributor of the official UCW Newsletter and contributed a column for the UCW forum aptly titled “The Freedom of the Press.”  His sometimes-controversial views have often landed him in the middle of the action, to the point of once almost being assaulted by current Chaotic Wrestling’s nearly 400 lb. behemoth, Gino Martino (PWI 500’s #460 in 2003 and #484 in 2003).  Now fully recovered from his injuries, including a devastating leg drop from future PLW champion Stunning Shane Simons back in ’91, John has re-launched his wrestling journalism career as UPN28 Wrestling Report’s newest correspondent JP the Newsletter Guy.  JP the Newsletter Guy, with nearly a quarter century of professional wrestling journalistic expertise, will write his column “This Week in WWE” and contribute to future special features for the UPN28 Wrestling Report.
