Amy Mizuno/Sailor Mercury
Amy/Sailor Mercury is the brains of the Scouts. She's the one that points out an enemies weak spot or vulnerability. This is her major contribution because all but one of her attacks in defensive.
Amy herself is a very intelligent person. She always gets the highest grades on any test. In fact her intelligence almost had her leaving the Scouts once. She was getting a scholarship to study in Germany. Of course she stayed, it just shows how smart she is, getting a scholarship while she was only in junior-high.
I know your opinions propavly differ on this one but Sailor Mercury is my favorite Sailor. The reason is because she'sso smart and yet it never stands in her way. She's still got frirnds and leads a relatively normal life.
